What is the Experience Organization Boot Camp?
Two days you will spend time learning all things Experience. You will complete self-paced training courses, take quizzes and turn in assignments, meet with other New Hires, and build relationships with team members across the Experience org. It’s a busy couple of days, but we are working our way from a very high-level overview of the Experience organization all the way to your team and your role.
What to Expect?
The New Hire Guide linked above will help you become more familiar with what you will be doing during boot camp. Review the key items listed below:
- There are several Zoom meetings to attend. Please accept all Zoom meetings for Thursday and Friday.
- When you log in to TalentLMS Thursday morning, you should find that you are enrolled in several New Hire courses. If you don’t see these courses please reach out to Laura Alvarez, Team Lead – New Hires ([email protected] or @lauraalvarez on Slack).
- A good portion of your training is self-paced. If you are having trouble finishing in the allotted time, please reach out to Laura Alvarez, the Team Lead, New Hires, via Slack (@LauraAlvarez). If you finish early, please ask your New Hire coach or Team Lead what you can be doing with your extra time (your future self will thank you!).
- With the self-paced courses, you will need to do your best to stay on schedule or you will not be able to finish them (you must finish them this week).
- There are assignments/learning activities for each course. You will find these as you navigate the courses in TalentLMS. The courses ARE NOT complete if the assignments/learning activities are not complete.
