Generally yes but before we say that we need to get some info from the client.
- What is the purpose of the landing page?
- How will you be driving traffic to this landing page? (PPC, Organic, Media Buy)
- Is this for an event or a permanent page?
What is the purpose of the landing page:
Many times clients will want a “landing page” but in all reality they just want to be able to place an event in their home page slider that will redirect to the registration page. This is easy 
We can do this for them whenever they need it.
Other times the client will already be working with a easy landing page builder app like:
and for these we can install the plugin for that specific platform and we will grant the client access to it within their login.
Then there are times when a client actually wants a full custom landing page built into the website itself. This is the one option we don’t offer. If they are looking for this option I would refer them to the apps above and let them choose.
