Effective Communications(8-9:30am)– The goal of this training is to teach and reinforce effective communication practices. This training will include subjects from Crucial Conversations, different approaches for communicating with teams, and what to avoid in communication. There will be time for best practice discussions for experienced Team Leads to share.

Setting Boundaries (9:30-10:30am)- Boundaries are guidelines, rules or limits created to identify reasonable and permissible ways for other people to behave and the response when someone passes those limits. Having a casual work environment can sometimes blur boundaries and make a leader ineffective when managing others. This training will help leaders identify boundaries, effectively communicate when someone passes those limits and how to recognize the boundaries of others.

HR Processes (Team Member Changes) (10:30-11:00am) – This session will focus on the systems side of Team Member changes that happen here at Daxko. In this session we will discuss changes in ADP and other systems. Changes such as promotions, transfers, raises, bonuses, time cards, and more.

Interview Training (11-12:00pm) – At Daxko, team members of all levels are part of our interviewing process when we have job openings. This class will train you in the Daxko process as well as “do’s/don’ts” of interviewing to ensure you are comfortable in your participation. This class will also help our Team Leaders to learn more about and lead the recruiting process for their areas.
