New Leader Vision 8 am CDT– This training is more in depth look at our Vision with these new leaders to help them understand and to reinforce what it means to be a leader at Daxko.

Handling Complaints 9 am CDT-This training is intended to help leaders understand how and when to respond to team member complaints. Also during this training, we will gain an understanding of when to escalate complaints to the People Development team.

C3 10 am CDT -Train leaders on the process for dealing with job-related behavior that does not meet expected and communicated performance standards. This will provide structure to the progressive discipline process and will be a useful tool for managers and leaders to have when in a coaching situation or to identify when it should be escalated to a warning. Empower managers with the knowledge and skills to draft a solid C3 that doesn’t require major overhaul by the People Development Team or cause any delay in delivering constructive feedback.
