Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for effective and efficient implementation of Daxko’s various software solutions maximizing the customer’s experience while effectively communicating and managing internal projects and teams. This team member will follow a plan designed specifically for Daxko’s Implementation methodology.

Product Consultant

The role of a Product Consultant is to consult customers through the implementation process and ensure there is strong long-term system adoption. You must have passion for problem solving, and the ability to consistently think outside of the box to provide solutions that fit customer needs and objectives.

Software Trainer

As a Software Trainer, you will be tasked with teaching our customers how to use our top-notch software solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service, great communication skills, a ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic, superb motivation and plenty of patience.

Data Services Engineer

This role is responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data between client systems and SaaS products, and maintenance of internal tools designed for process automation. In order to succeed, you’ll need to be highly motivated, comfortable in a team environment, and enjoy working with data from multiple sources.

Customer Service Advocate

This role provides support for Daxko’s software and engagement solutions.  This requires someone who can take initiative, manage team projects, build rapport, and build lasting client relationships.

Strategic Relationship Manager

As our Strategic Relationship Manager, you will work as a consultative partner to key Daxko customers, providing excellent customer service and building rapport with key contacts. You will help to identify new service and/or product opportunities and coordinate as necessary with Sales. As a liaison between the customer and Daxko, you will serve as an internal client advocate.

Technical Services Engineer

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will work the daily inbound cases from Customer Service; determine the root cause and either resolve or escalating to other team members or teams as required. A Technical Services Engineer is the communication champion between Customer Service, services, development, and TechOps to ensure system wide incidents or issues are known and case resources coordinated.

Retention Specialist

The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for customer and revenue retention and problem solving via system optimization, new products, and best practices. This person will work closely with customer service, customer success, adoption, sales, and finance teams to create an exceptional experience for customers who are considering ending their contract or have ended their contract with Daxko.

Adoption Consultant

This team member serves existing customers on a prescriptive and analytical scale, building user adoption of our products and complimenting the renewal experience by reinvigorating customer best practices with our software and services.  This team member works closely with our strategic accounts, providing annual reports and recommendations of current product usage, and traveling onsite to re-launch customers as appropriate.  This team member also works closely with Instructional Design, establishing a meaningful knowledge bank to drive customer adoption and to provide easy access to pertinent training materials.  This team member works across varied teams to advocate for customer solutions that enhance customer retention.

Services Operations Specialist

As Daxko’s Services Operations Specialist, you’ll act as an internal project manager for the Services team in support with the Services Operations Manager, which means you will be overseeing and implementing strategic initiatives as well as developing Standard Operation Procedures for various tools across the Services organization. You’ll assist in integrating any acquisitions to meet standards and policies for the Services team. To succeed in this role, you must be able to keep information organized and present it in a professional and creative fashion around different reporting facets when requested. In addition, you will be tasked with assisting the Services Operations Manager and SVP of Services with establishing cross-team collaboration and streamlining efforts across all product lines.

Digital Content Designer

Do you love developing digital content and experiences for customers? As our Digital Content Designer, you’ll utilize your graphic design, web development, project management, and communication skills to create and implement content and strategies designed to improve our team members’ and customers’ digital support experience and enhance overall product knowledge. Our products are constantly evolving, and our online resources are a fundamental piece of keeping our customers and team members informed on important changes and news.

New Hire Team Lead

Wordpress Designer

The WordPress Designer creates websites from customized WordPress templates for Zen Planner customers and they collaborate with WordPress Developer to maintain websites, including, but not limited to, plugin testing, plugin updates, SSL installation, DB cloning, migration between multiple multi-site environments.

Website Support

The Website Support Specialist is responsible for responding to tickets regarding content updates for existing customer websites. This position also updates website content on customized WordPress templates for Daxko customers (including text and image updates).

UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI  Designer is responsible customizing and developing on our WordPress platform. You will work directly with our WordPress Developer team to build custom and semi-custom websites for enterprise clients.

Content Manager

As the Content Manager at Daxko, you will sit on our marketing agency team and you will be responsible for managing and writing blog posts for all of our digital marketing clients. You will also help the PPC team with content creation for Ebooks and help the website team with content creation for websites and landing pages.

As the Digital Marketing Account Services Manager at Daxko, you will sit on our marketing agency team and you will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and guiding our team of specialists, coordinators, and account managers to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience as we manage a network of over 300 digital marketing clients in the health and wellness space from SMB to ENT.
